Responsibilities


Key responsibilities:


  • Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings, sales demo meetings for highly qualified profiles

  • Provide real customer feedback to improve the product

  • Increase our market share in VN and regions for small businesses. Expected size: [1-100]

  • [INBOUND BDR] Qualify users based on the designed PQL framework

  • [OUTBOUND BDR] Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies

  • Understand Customers expectations about HRIS

  • Do demo/join meetings in view to develop as Sales exec

  • Maintain and update customer information in the current CRM system

  • Follow-up and close with highly qualified profiles for paid start-up plan [51-100]


Qualifications


Key requirements:


  • 1 years of experience of B2B sales in a quota carrying position

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills

  • Experience with outreach such as cold calling and emailing

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Interest in technology and software product


Nice to have:


  • Previous experience using marketing automation software

  • Experience in BD of HR software / SaaS


Education/training preferred:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
