Strategy & Plan:



  • Work with Head of Operations in developing training strategies, initiatives, and plan to deliver business needs.



  • Review and update training policy and procedures in line with updated requirements and practices.



  • Plan and manage effectively training budget.



  • Manage and coach the training team to deliver training activities effectively.



  • Develop and effectively manage training report & data.


Training & Development Activities:



  • Develop a training process, training manual, career road map and annual training plan (including soft skills and technical training) based on business needs and learning need analysis



  • Manage to ensure effective training plan implementation, including review of program design & delivery, action plan follow up, evaluation, measurement, etc…



  • Provide training programs to support performance management, including performance system and process awareness, feedback & coaching training, etc ..



  • Coordinate in developing an inhouse Trainer pool to deliver inhouse programs.



  • Periodically review and update Onboard program to enhance effective new hires orientation Development Activities.



  • Coordinate with HR in develop and manage Elearning system to enhance learning opportunities for employees.



  • Develop alternative learning activities to foster learning & career development culture.



  • Coordinate in designing & delivering learning solutions to different talent groups.


Others



  • Participate in HR projects which support enhancing company values, branding and engagement.



  • Participate in other assignments or projects as incurred from time to time


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration or related field.

  • Understanding of training models, basic knowledge of training, coaching and basic technical knowledge; good relationships with outsource training centers in the field of technology is a plus.

  • Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills

  • Self motivated, result oriented with high standards, proactive and reach the core of the problems to achieve the highest level of efficiency; openminded thinking for innovation and creativity; ability to grasp trends quickly. Ability to work independently while maintaining effective working relationships
