Job Description




  • Develop trusted relationships with the C-suite and key decision makers; comprehend the customer's business and technological challenges; delve deeply and comprehend stated and unstated needs and issues;

  • Working backwards from the customer, develop and articulate a holistic, compelling, and clear vision, strategy, and practical transformation execution plan addressing business value, technology challenges, but also increasing innovation and agility, addressing skills and organisational challenges.

  • Challenger Sale - challenge the status quo, inspire customers to a bolder vision, and accelerate the digital transition. Consider the short, medium, and long term time horizons;

  • Provide leadership and orchestrate all company resources (Field teams, Executives, Solution Architects, Industry Specialists, Marketing, Partners, HR, Support, Service teams) to support customer success in digital transformation.

  • Develop and close new needle moving opportunities by bringing the best of company's technology and services to deliver customer outcomes.






The Successful Applicant




  • Solid experience in strategic consulting and/or field experience for large banking clients.

  • Proven ability to build trust, engage, and deliver at the C-suite level.

  • Proven ability and track record of driving growth in a complex, fast-paced environment by thinking big and adopting a "challenger mindset."

  • The ability to think strategically while also delving into details and driving execution.

  • Prior experience leading cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • The candidate must be able to work with ambiguity, use analytics, decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiating skills, and provide clarity to team members.
